Our story

A little luck, made by hand

Lucky Purse Charm began with a simple observation: the bag you carry every day says something about you, and it deserves more than plain hardware.

We started making bag charms for friends — small, hand-finished pieces clipped to a strap as a birthday note or a good-luck token before a big day. People kept asking where they could get one. That was the whole beginning.

The name says the rest. A lucky purse charm is meant to do two things at once: look beautiful hanging from your bag, and remind you of something hopeful every time you catch sight of it. We build every piece around that idea.

What we make

Our collection focuses on charms with a story — four-leaf clovers, waving lucky cats, koi swimming upstream, blossoms that mark new beginnings. Each motif is chosen because it means something, not just because it photographs well. We keep runs small so the pieces stay special.

How we make it

We work with materials that age gracefully: solid brass for the parts that take daily stress, glass enamel for color that will not fade, freshwater pearls for a soft natural luster, and hand-dyed ribbon for texture. Every charm is assembled and checked by hand before it earns the Lucky Purse Charm name.

What we believe

Three things we never compromise on

  • Made by hand

Every charm is assembled, finished, and inspected by a person — not a machine line.

  • Rooted in meaning

We design around symbols of luck and renewal, so each piece carries a small intention.

  • Built to last

We choose brass, enamel, and real pearls over the cheapest option, every time.

We are not trying to make the most bag charms. We are trying to make the ones you keep.

This site is a showcase of our work — a place to explore the collection, read a little about styling and care, and get in touch. If a piece catches your eye or you have an idea for something custom, we would love to hear from you.
